Retreat Catering
As a Wellness Retreat cook, I love working with seasonal produce grown sustainably by local farmers, to craft meals that feel grounding, healing, and full of life.
Food is a powerful tool for reconnection, to ourselves and to the land. By aligning with nature’s rhythms, we rediscover the unique bounty each season offers and support a deeper sense of well being, both physically and emotionally. Through vibrant, intentional menus, I aim to nourish the mind, body, and spirit, bringing a holistic approach to wellness that beautifully complements the energy and purpose of your retreat.
..I'm here to support well being in a way that feels natural, sustainable, and deeply satisfying .
